Raleigh Pool Liner is an independent matching service for homeowners replacing a vinyl pool liner in the Raleigh and Research Triangle area. We built it because liner pricing in this trade is unusually opaque: the same job can be quoted at two very different prices, and the difference is usually what is excluded rather than what is included.
What we do
We publish the cost data, the repair bands and the local conditions that affect liner work in Wake, Durham and the surrounding counties, and we route homeowner requests to local installers who do the work. The tools on this site are free and need no account.
What we do not do

How to check an installer
- Ask for the licence and insurance certificate that applies to the work
- Ask whether structural or electrical scope will be permitted and by whom
- Ask for the measurement sheet, in writing, before the liner is ordered
- Ask for the workmanship warranty in writing, separate from the liner manufacturer's pro-rated warranty
- Read the payment schedule: deposits up front on a fabricated product are normal, full payment before installation is not
